The questions worth asking first.
Every shipment is different. Confirm product acceptance, packing, documents, service scope and costs with Reman before sending cargo. General website information is not a shipping approval.
How do I get a China-to-Egypt shipping quote?
Send product photos and type, total weight, volume in CBM and package count. Cargo characteristics, shipping arrangements and documentation affect the quote; a general description or piece count alone is not enough.
Can you consolidate goods from several suppliers?
Yes. Supplier consignments can be received and consolidated in China before shipping. Share each supplier’s cargo details and packing list so receipt and identification can be coordinated.
What is the difference between LCL and FCL?
LCL places your consignment in a shared container. FCL provides a container for your shipment. The choice depends on volume, weight, product characteristics and loading arrangements.
Do you provide customs-clearance services in Egypt?
We coordinate customs-clearance services in Egypt based on cargo type, documentation and the agreed scope. Product requirements and paperwork should be reviewed before goods are dispatched.
Do you ship machinery and production lines?
Yes. Send equipment photos, dimensions, weight and packing details so handling and loading requirements can be reviewed, particularly for larger pieces.
What should a packing list include?
Package count, package numbers, contents, weights and dimensions. Matching numbers on the packages and packing list help identify consignments and review shipment details.
Which goods does Reman not ship?
We do not ship clothing, shoes, cosmetics, medicines, medical supplies or dental supplies. Chemicals require prior review according to their characteristics and shipping requirements.
How long does shipping take?
Timing depends on cargo readiness, shipping arrangements, sailing schedules and product-related procedures. Share cargo details to review the expected timing when the shipment is arranged; there is no single fixed duration for every consignment.
